23 Weeks

I'm now 23 weeks with nothing new to tell of. I feel absolutely fine as far as pregnancy is concerned. I'm having to make trips to the bathroom every hour....which is a pain when you're shopping or something. But besides that I feel great. I don't get to sleep on my stomach anymore so it takes me awhile to fall asleep, but usually by the end of the day I'm so tired anyways that I drift off to sleep rather quickly. I have some pictures of clothes that I've gotten for the baby that I'll post later....one SUPER cute gift from Danyelle...got it yesterday!!!

21 Weeks

Still no changes in my health or anything. I haven't been sick a day yet....not really even nauseated. I have a lot more energy now that I'm well into the second trimester so that has been nice. I still have to go to bed around 9:30 pm or 10 pm since Brady get's up at 6 am or like the last 2 nights - 5:45 am. I thought that maybe I would become a morning person after awhile, but I'm still not. The conclusion that Zac and I have come to this week is that my belly is getting longer now instead of pushing out. It's bigger but basically we're just noticing that it's kind of "filling in" now. :)

20 Weeks!!!!!!!

Well folks, the belly has definitley arrived. I guess I started feeling uncomfy in my old jeans a couple of weeks ago, but now they don't even snap. Oh, and ones that are a size bigger don't feel good on the waist but they are too huge in the hips and butt. So....I'm now wearing maternity pants most of the time....joy. We took these pictures in the late afternoon so you could see the stomach, normally I was taking my tummy shots in the morning and you couldn't really tell how much it has grown!

For instance, right now I just got up and I hardly have a baby bump at all, but then around 2 in the afternoon I'll be waddling around with swollen feet and my belly will be protruding out of almost every shirt I own. So strange. I'm 20 weeks on Friday so I'm half way there....I guess I'm 5 months, right?

Baby Stuff

Okay...so I've already been on a consignment shopping spree! I went today to look at girl stuff....I thought it would help the news sink in a bit. And oh my goodness did it EVER SINK IN!!! I'm so excited!!!! I found this adorable little Baby Gap jumper thing for 3 bucks! Isn't it so cute? I love baby clothes that kind of look like adult clothes....well, at least more colors then just the light blues and pinks. I also like to dress Brayden kind of like Zac, and then today all the stuff I was looking at kind of looked like stuff I would wear if they were a few sizes bigger. :)

Okay, and I got this little Moses Basket for $9.99 - yep, that's right.....TEN dollars! We don't have a baby bed or anything to keep her in until she goes to the crib so this was a very good find.

SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!

This morning Zac, myself, and Mama C all went to the doctor's office to find out if we are expecting a little Corley boy or a little Corley gal.....

Oh my gosh, IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!! I was in complete shock that I started crying, I mean...I'm SOO happy that it's a girl but I was totally expecting a boy. For one, I just thought I would wind up with 3 or 4 boys someday and never get a little girl, and since we have a little boy it's easier for me to imagine having another boy. I think to celebrate I'm going to go to a consignment shop today and find her first little outfit. Oh my goodness, I have to start all over since I have only little guy stuff. That means I'll go ahead and pack up all of Brayden's old stuff......

The Glow

Well, I have gotten a little of my energy back. I went through a real rough patch there where I felt uncomfortable all the time and had cramps several times a day. I think it was just my stomach stretching though because in the last two weeks my belly has grown 2 inches!!!! My pants are kind of fitting but they aren't very comfy - ecspecially in the evenings.
Oh, I also had this terrible week with my complexion. It was last week my face broke out, I got a mole in the corner of my eye, and when we were on a hike a branch hit me in the face and left an inch long cut on my cheek! I wasn't feeling very attractive...that's for sure.

Zac wasn't around to take a belly shot so I had to set the timer. :) Anyways, these pants are maternity but I got them because they even fit me before I was growing, they were just loose. Anyways, I don't know what I weigh right now but will find out next week all that business PLUS if we are having a little Corley man or a little Corley gal. I'm so excited. I do know though that when I got pregnant my waist was 27 inches and now it's 32 inches. I'm feeling it.

13 Weeks

Here is the long awaited tummy shot. I haven't changed much at all, not that I can really tell. One weird thing is that I'm the same size all day and then at night my stomach swells super big and I'm only comfortable in stretchy pants.:)
